A lot of trees ensure enough shade during hot summer days. There's also access to the lake! The washrooms are clean and offer a hairdryer, hot showers and music. :) Easy-going and helpful, bilingual stuff! Access to Quebec City within an hour by public transit. The bus leaves right across the street!
Rooms are small, cleanliness is sub par, they cost as much as a hotel for mattresses that are hard as a rock and from a different century, their bedding has stains and marks on it. It's advertised as some great place but even the WiFi is horrible and it is a struggle to get this posted. I would not stay here again if my life depended on it. Unless you're bringing your own trailer, booked a hotel in the city, it costs the same for WAY better.

Good alternative to expensive hotels. Close to everything. Great beds. Good food.
Nothing was available as advertised. I get it that it's September, but the hot tub was broken, restaurant closed, half of the laundry room was ripped out, fire rings just rubble. It was lack-luster...I convinced my husband to spend a little more because this place looked better than those across the river and we were pretty disappointed.
